As a Graduate or Account Manager, you will be working together with our successful sales team in an innovative and rewarding environment. Working with an impressive retail client portfolio such as David Jones, Country Road, Kookai, Karen Walker, Bendon and H&M, you will have ongoing support and training to ensure your success in progressing through this role and up-to-date information on the latest technology, products and services.
About the Role:
- 30% Sales
- 70% Account Management
- Look after a portfolio of SME businesses within our Unattended channel (parking, vending and carwash clientele)
- Promote new products in to our existing Unattended customer base eg we specialise in Ecommerce and Integrated Eftpos payment solutions
- Negotiate plans with customers
- Receive and process purchase orders from existing partnerships
- Maintain a positive relationship with our partnership and client base
Skills/Experience
- Experience within a commercial environment in Customer Service/Sales
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- A desire to succeed
- Professionally presented
- An interest in Sales and Account Management
- Positive and bubbly attitude
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach
- A passion for technology and learning
