The Role:

Initially, this role will be focused on working with existing customers who are either at the end, or close to the end of their contract. The key deliverable is to improve the customer experience and retain their business.

Further to this, you will work with the Marketing and Management teams to introduce new product plans to our existing customer base. This is a sales role, so commissions and incentives are available on top of a base salary.

To be successful, you will have a passion for providing excellent customer service along with having a strong commercial acumen. This is a key role in a growing team which has real strategic importance in the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience working with challenging customers to a successful outcome

Additionally, you will ideally be able to demonstrate:

  • Outbound sales experience, including selling complex products
