As a Customer Engagement Consultant your main responsibilities will included

  • 1st contact for customers
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Provide lead generation and business growth with existing customers
  • Present, promote and sell our services
  • Provide End User training of our services
  • Provide and analyse statistical data for customers and management
  • Track opportunities, sales and projects
  • Maintain our social media platforms in partnership with Marketing and management

Preferable Skills and Experience include

  • Excellent knowledge in telecommunication industry is an advantage
  • Proven ability to build professional relationship with clients
  • Highly motivated and proven track record in sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and/or training
  • Knowledge of technology trends including cloud-based solutions
