High Growth Ventures is a team within KPMG dedicated to working with startups. They work with Founders to provide the tools and insight required for sustained high performance. All of their products, services and programs support business growth and Founder wellbeing.

The team is continuing to grow, and we are now looking to recruit a Sales and Team Coordinator to join our High Growth Ventures team in Sydney.

Your new role:

  • Produce sales reports, harvest and assess leads from workshops and campaigns developed through lead generation activities
  • Coordinate events (including list management) and proposals alongside sales teams, SMEs and 3rd party vendors.
  • Coordinate a library of case studies and testimonials for use by BD, media and as general marketing content
  • Develop database and insights of relevant industry news items, events and trends within the startup ecosystem
  • Be responsible for the data integrity of our CRM platform
  • Provide essential administrative support to the team relating to internal requirements such as invoices, expenses, diary management and other internal processes
  • Attend startups events regularly to network with Founders and build the HGV pipeline.

The ideal candidate will: be passionate about startups, thrive in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment, and be a self-motivated, proactive team member. You will work closely with all team members, and have the opportunity to express your ideas and provide input. You will need strong administrative skills, be highly organised and have great attention to detail.
