Frizelle Sunshine Automotive Group have held a local presence for well over 30 years, growing in size from a mere 10 employees to today, with over 800. You will be working in state of the art facilities representing some of this country’s top automotive brands. We retail 150-160 vehicles per month and have one of the largest volume retail Used Vehicle operations south of Southport and North of Sydney, with access to 1000+ Used Cars. Our local brands include Hyundai, Volkswagen passenger, Volkswagen commercial and Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

The Tweed area is an economically sound region, with a growing population and an excellent lifestyle for young and old alike. A number of housing and commercial developments are nearing completion and the Tweed region is home to many great restaurants and cafes PLUS provides easy access to wildly popular Coolangatta area and the wider Gold Coast region.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in automotive sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Ability to set personal goals and targets
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications
• Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
• A passion for good customer service
• Be willing to work hard and have fun

What the role entails:

• Handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers
• Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
• Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features including: models; series
