The Role
The Internal Sales Specialist is responsible for qualifying National leads and entering as prospects in the company’s CRM tool. The successful Internal Sales Specialist will engage with interested prospects and transition qualified leads to the responsible Sales Executive for engagement in the sales process. This role will champion customer communications, campaign execution, and pipeline management best practices by exemplifying the stewardship of leads and opportunities.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead Generation - Categorise and Prioritise sales inquiries
- Deals with all incoming inquiries
- Make sure the CRM System remains updated on a day to day basis
