About the Role:
We are seeking to appoint a proactive Business Manager who is ready to assist with our growing business demands.
You will have a strong eye for detail and be a natural information gatherer both to assist to access and identify opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing finance and insurance sales and transactions for your dealership. You will also have a strong ability to make and maintain great relationships with customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets;
- Driving the performance of all finance and insurance products available to you through our Financial Services, and other Finance Partners;
- Pursuing profitable growth;
- Identify new opportunities - customer prospecting;
- Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers;
- Maintaining relationships with Finance agents and insurers; and
- Provide the ultimate customer experience
About you:
- You have an unwaivering ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
- You are a natural sales person who will embrace the fact that you get the opportunity to help people realise their dreams of owning, and protecting their new motor vehicle.
- You have a full understanding and have demonstrated a high level of sales performance and customer service previously.
- Previous dealership experience will support but not essential.
