Our client is a successful residential building company specialising in investment building wholesale projects through marketers and investment selling channels. They specialise in residential projects from detached to medium density housing and currently have large stocklists available warranting an additional Investment Sales Consultant to join their team. 

Your position as the successful candidate will be to drive sales through channel partner relationships. Responsibilities will include

• Establishing relationships with marketing groups whilst nurturing existing relationships
• Networking with developers to secure land for put and call agreements
• Selling house and land packages
• Building relationships through referral networks
• Developing industry contacts with agents, accountants and financiers etc
• Developing client and consultant relationships

Our ideal candidate would have the following:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Investment sales within residential property
• Relationships with marketing groups or channel partners
• An ability to foster new relationships through strong business development activity
• High level of motivation and drive to succeed
• Ability to work on CRM software and platforms
• Experience working for a volume residential builder highly regarded
• Team player
