About the company
Our client is major global FMCG beverage business, synonymous for its brands and famous for its values of passion, imagination and continuous investment in new product development. With a culture committed to quality, customer satisfaction and the true rewarding and support of all employees, the business is now seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join the Victorian team in a key leadership role.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this a key management role where you will effectively lead, manage and motivate a region of field based territory managers to enhance the presence of the company's range of products within both on/off premise accounts across Victoria and Tasmania. This will involve superior execution of account activity, marketing programs and field sales strategies. Further, you will be responsible for the implementation of best practice processes; development & execution of business reviews; along with selection, training and development of staff.
Skills & experience
Tertiary qualified with experience in FMCG field management and / or account management, you possess strong people management & motivation skills, along with excellent selling and negotiation ability. Beverage/Alcohol experience will be advantageous, as is an understanding of the on/off premise channel, but it won't be a deal breaker. You will thrive off working in a team environment and have a passion for getting the best out of people!
