How does this role fit in?

Our big launch in 2018 in this space is Amplify Organic Kombucha. The growth of Kombucha is fascinating, both as a rising trend in the drinks space and in the biological sense - brewed with a live, expanding bacterial culture. The drink, which originates in Asia, has been around for centuries and has long been popular with the health conscious. It is now hitting cafes, deli’s and all good food stores as a refreshing, healthy alternative to soft drinks.

 

Over the course of the 12 month contract, the role will see you win and maintain new business with a laser focus on cafes, food courts and deli's. Part of the role is to also represent the Amplify brand as an ambassador, assisting with education, attending awesome events and championing awareness for the Kombucha category and Amplify brand.

 

Being at the front line of sales, you will have excellent selling and influencing skills, strong communication and negotiation capability. You will have a natural affinity with healthy living, but above all of that, you need passion, drive and tenacity. Be ready to join a team that works damn hard, but has a hell of a lot of fun along the journey.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Cold calling and securing new business
  • Managing your own 'van sales' and direct supply to your customers
  • Maintaining new business and client relationships
  • Kombucha education to prospective new 'Hero' clients
