Role

• Lighting sales into Builders, Specifiers, Hotels, Pubs & Clubs and Government applications.
• Selling to Electrical Contractors, Architects, Designers and Lighting Consultants.
• Solutions sales approach at every pitch and prospect
• Work with company owner to build a company business plan moving forward
• Follow up sales activities and establish an effective sales call cycle that includes a solution based approach, including both product and application presentations
• Operating autonomously, while taking full control of your own sales as well as in a team environment
• Conduct market analysis of the market and implement appropriate strategies to ensure the company continue to grow and become a major player in this competitive market

Essential Experience Needed

• Sales of current LED lighting
• Exposure to current Architects, Designers, Engineers & Consultant markets in NSW
• Have to have a can-do attitude to hunting and sourcing new business opportunities
• Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a small but dedicated team
• Technical aptitude towards high quality lighting applications
• Exceptional presentation skills & an effective planning with defined time management skills

Salary Package

• Base range - $80K to $100K
• Super 
• Tools of the trade
• Company Vehicle
• Commission Structure
