The Role
The Membership Manager will drive the team to achieve our membership targets and is accountable for monthly marketing and sales strategies including; business development and lead generation, monitoring and maintaining sales processes, retention, member care and overseeing our membership consultants.
You will also play a lead role in the Centres Digital Marketing strategy and lead the development of promotional content.
Skills & Attributes:
- Have a passion for the leisure and fitness industry
- OUTSTANDING selling capability
- Ability to lead, coach and inspire a sales team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound report writing skills
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
