An exciting new leadership opportunity is available to join the senior leadership team of Australia’s most successful fitness brand, Goodlife Health Clubs!
The role of Regional Business Manager, WA South is a pivotal role responsible for providing operational and sales support to all clubs and departments within the southern region of WA. The Regional Business Manager is fundamental in supporting our teams to deliver the best experience and service to our members while also achieving our financial targets and goals.
Other duties include (but not limited to):

Develop initiatives to drive membership growth across the region and effectively manage local area marketing budget

To ensure that customer service levels and expectations are delivered within Region / Clubs at all times

Drive the marketing and promotional activities across the region

Effectively managing capital expenditure in line with Regional budget

Develop, mentor and retain CGM team within the region

Be an ‘influencer’ and drive real cultural change across the Region!
The ideal candidate:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, operations management and leadership. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented leader with a strong background in sales leadership, multi-site (preferred) management and business operations looking for the next big step in their career.
