About the Role:

As part of a highly experienced Sales team this role is focused on the management, retention and growth of designated accounts through customer lifecycle. This is a solutions-oriented and highly consultative role that requires the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve activity metrics around calls, meetings, task/lead management
  • Act as the dedicated and nominated escalation point for operational, administration and finance users of designated accounts
  • Identify and qualify opportunities to maximise a client account and ensure uptake of new products in key customer accounts
  • Function as the handover point between the sales team and the customer success team for new accounts
  • Execute customer success plans for designated key customer accounts to ensure customer retention
To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Experience in an account management role with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, & yearly targets
  • 2 + years’ experience with a proven track record in B2B client relationships
  • The ability to build and maintain an effective sales pipeline & a sales methodology is essential
  • Ability to prepare accurate quotes and proposals
  • Experience in demonstration of systems to clients
  • Demonstrated willingness to go beyond the call of duty to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture relationships in client organizations to achieve significant expansion of business relationship
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a proven ability to deliver insights and recommendations
  • Proven ability to problem solve and provide solutions that are aligned with   a client's needs
  • Experience in using Salesforce is desirable
  • High degree of competency in MS Office and computer literacy
