Our client is a global SaaS vendor specialising in workflow, communication and collaboration solutions. Founded in Australia, this rapid growth tech start-up offers a platform for businesses to customise the communications infrastructure it uses both internally and for interacting with customers – including staff communications, crisis response and customer engagement solutions.

Due to recent growth, our client is seeking a Perth based, Senior Account Manager to operate alongside their key national channel partner in the Telecommunications service provider space.

Responsibilities
  • Working with key national channel partner in the telecommunications service provider space to Identify new sales opportunities and develop key account leads
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients in order to build, maintain and grow key relationships
  • Drive new revenue opportunities with the account by proactively advising and assisting the client on the successful ongoing implementation of the platform 
  • Support channel operations while working with key internal stakeholders
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a new business and key accounts focused sales roles
  • Enterprise SaaS, software, digital or telecommunications sales background preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Experience in dealing with C-level executives and a strong network of senior contacts
  • Ideally degree qualified
