Due to growth, we currently have an excellent opportunity to coach and develop an existing team of 5 Agents who are responsible for servicing their customers both via phone based contact and email correspondence. 

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of 5 experienced sales agents
• Hands on training & coaching using a "lead by example" approach
• Performance management
• Assisting with creating and implementing new processes and procedures  
• Monitor and analyse KPI's and figures through reporting streams
• Support and advise your team by acting as an escalation point for all complaints
• Create consultative selling process plans

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• A confident and people focused personality 
• Experience in leading a sales team
• Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
• Proven experience in a contact centre leadership role, either inbound or outbound
• Strong technical aptitude 
• An interest in the travel Industry
