To support the growth of Kent Relocation Group we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team here in Melbourne.

The Position

As our Customer Service Coordinator you will respond to all relevant inbound enquiries in a timely, professional, highly customer service-focused manner to qualify, identify customer needs and priorities, best align our products and services to them, and optimise sales by either converting to a booking or in-home survey.

You will work closely with key internal stakeholders Australia wide to ensure a smooth and memorable relocation is provided to our valued clients every single time.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Your position will encompass the following responsibilities:

  • Achieve personal and team targets and KPI's.
  • Respond to inbound sales enquires.
  • Identify customer needs and priorities and align our products and services.
  • Optimise sales by converting the leads to a booking or in home survey.
  • Prepare customer quotations.
  • Upselling insurance options.
  • Promote good relations with customers.

 

The Suitable Candidate

We require someone who will think outside the square, have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, have the capability for solving complex issues in an efficient and timely manner and thrive in a customer focused environment.

Reflecting the highest professional standards you will have:

  • At least 2 years high performing customer service and internal sales experience.
  • Ability to apply excellent customer service, listening, communication and negotiation skills to new products, services and industry.
  • Proven customer-centric solution-focused sales skills.
  • Process disciplined with strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Good problem solving and estimation skills.
  • Ability to follow best-practice processes, while striving for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, positive and a highly professional attitude.
