The position
A 12 month Maternity Leave position is available at our Head Office based in Knoxfield - you don’t want to miss this wonderful opportunity so close to home!
In a team of 9, your role is to collaboratively drive and deliver administration support for large scale projects within the building development and construction industry. While supporting our zealous & energetic sales team you will take ownership of large projects from end to end, incorporating all quotations, supply agreements, order entry, managing delivery requests, maintenance of project files, and efficiently resolving or redirecting incoming queries.
In addition, the successor would be required to have high attention to detail, meticulous organisational skills, strong relationship management skills (internal & external stakeholders), strong time management, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and a diligent and inspirational work ethic.
The successor will be able to juggle multiple tasks, partnering with the wider Project Sales team and be encouraged to implement lean process improvement in a fast paced and demanding but diversified role.
