The Company & Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, and working alongside a dedicated Customer Service team, this role requires someone who is results driven, self motivated and hungry to be successful.
The successful applicant will be responsible for proactively managing customer orders and enquiries. Your customer base will include fire protection installation and servicing companies, wholesalers and distributors as well as seeking new business opportunities.
Key Result Areas include:
- Deal efficiently and effectively with direct customer enquirers by telephone, electronically or in person and ensure appropriate follow through at all stages of the enquiry.
- Develop key customer relationships, including specific knowledge of individual customer requirements.
- Use of Customer Relationship Information Systems to capture customer interactions and proactive use and action on customer reports.
- Proactive in helping to develop and implement future promotion and marketing strategies and identifying new opportunities for business growth.

- Fire protection & plumbing industry and products preferred;

Required Experience
- Sales role in the fire protection or plumbing industry is preferred;
- Proven successful sales/customer service background - minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
