What’s in it for you?

The base salary on offer will be $70k - $80k, plus superannuation and a commission structure that can earn you $100k - $150k in your first year. In addition, there are tools of the trade and a fully maintained company vehicle. In such a well-established business, you can benefit from the stability and chance for internal progression. You will be supported by an experienced Sales Manager and be provided with all the product training required to get you up and running and ready for success. It will be an autonomous role, with day-to-day management of your own schedule and appointments with a range of existing clients to call upon.

What you will be doing:

This portfolio holds some of the business' most profitable clients with a significant focus on water treatment and related fields. This specialisation will allow you to be known as an expert in your field. Ideally, you can offer experience selling to water-related businesses like desalination plants, wastewater, or water treatment chemicals to hit the ground running!

You will have an office and on-site support available in the western suburbs of Melbourne, but know that it is an autonomous role and you will have customers across the Melbourne metropolitan area and the broader Victorian territory.

The position in which you will work is a senior sales roles looking after large, key accounts of high value within the industrial gas division. You will apply your experience putting together bids and contracts

What you must have to apply:

  • You have proven success in winning high-value projects and tenders in the industrial sector
  • Experience working autonomously; bring positivity and resilience to this opportunity
  • A number of years developing a successful solution-based sales process

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

  • Sales success in gases or related products and solutions
  • Proven success targeting the water treatment, wastewater, or desalination space
