The Regional Manager - Southern RF&I will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Regional Sales Strategy consistent with the National Sales Strategy, whilst building and maintaining exceptional relationships with Intermediaries.
  
Reporting to the Divisional Manager - Southern your responsibilities will include:
  • People Management: Delivering superior management and coaching for your regional teams (Sales and Dealer Credit), driving enhanced productivity, results and ensuring business outcomes are achieved.
  • Manage the Regional Sales team to drive F&I performance in dealerships and developing solid dealer relationships.
  • Manage the Regional Dealer Credit team who are responsible for wholesale and capital loan portfolio for the Southern region.
  • To build and maintain exceptional relationships with our network of dealerships, being consultative and understanding their business end to end. This will involve attending regular dealer trips and events nationally.
  • Manage regional P&L ensuring region is profitable and in line with divisional targets
  • Development and implementation of Regional Sales Strategy consistent with the National Sales Strategy.
  • Ensure Kaizen, TBP and Quality Circle activities are promoted & driven within the region.
  • Support the Divisional Manager in the execution and implementation of planned initiatives.
To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have:
ESSENTIAL
  • Extensive people management and development experience in a sales environment
  • Demonstrated history of sales success through new business acquisition and account management
  • Proven track record on strategy development & implementation
  • Strong rapport development, engagement and influencing skills at all levels
  • Proven understanding at Senior Management level on working within a regulated environment
  • Commercial acumen with proven experience and understanding of Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accounting
  • Current drivers’ license
ADVANTAGEOUS
  • Working knowledge of Finance and Motor Vehicle Industry
  • Extensive knowledge of Dealer Business from end to end
