Hairdressing skills and/or knowledge of the hairdressing, barber & beauty industry
Strong passion and focus for the wholesale hairdressing, barber & beauty industry
Proven track record in retail sales, meeting KPIs, cross-selling experience
A strong focus and experience in customer service
Excellent time-management & interpersonal skills
Able to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Strong presentation and demonstration skills
Energetic, motivated and able to work independently & within a team
Disciplined and self-motivated
Possess excellent attention to detail
Have a willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude
Merchandising skills will be looked upon favourably
