The Opportunity:

The Role: 
As a part of the permanent accounting recruitment team, you will be initially partners a Senior Consultant in all aspects of candidate resourcing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Resourcing candidates from internal/external databases
• Reviewing applications
• Networking with candidates through regular follow up conversations
• Preparing resumes for clients
• Conducting reference checks
• Creating job advertisements

You must have high levels of attention to detail, great communication and administration skills, the ability to pick things up quickly and be mentally strong.
