My client is often considered to be the world’s leading specialist manufacturer of crop protection equipment. My client is in a sustained growth phase and now seeking to appoint an additional Territory Manager to service Central NSW. The role will report to National Sales Manager located in Adelaide.
Candidates will require proven experience in the agricultural machinery sector, preferably working remotely and developing/managing a dealer network. Experience and success within a market entrant business in the agricultural machinery sector will be highly regarded.
Day to day duties will include; following a structured programme of calling on and assisting dealers, responding to sales inquiries, conducting demonstration and promotional events, gathering market intelligence, reporting on market conditions and implementing sales programmes.
As considerable travel will be required, the role is likely to appeal more to those whose personal circumstances permit frequent absences from home. High achievers, unnerved by a fast pace and elevated expectations will be best suited to the role. To be considered, candidates will need to demonstrate an unshakable commitment to the customer.
