This role is responsible for;
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic site contacts
  • To effectively quote, complete and delivery NL packaging solutions within desired KPIs
  • To assist customers, face to face through leasing process wherever possible
  • To identify, nurture and grow new lead source channels
Your background;
  • Proven strong sales skills and displays a high level of verbal and written communication and service skills
  • Possess self-confidence to effectively interact with others
  • Possess and demonstrate organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and show effective time management skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environment
  • Proven ability to comprehend legislation and compliance requirements around Financial products and related Leasing products
  • Proven strengths in computer literacy
Desirable
  
At least 12 months experience in a Sales team role (within a Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services environment or similar).
  
Responsibilities;
  • Targets met for each KPI on a monthly basis including conversion rates, deals settled and products sold.
  • Activity/lead data reported in relevant CRM Platform on a weekly basis
  • Ensuring agreed call volumes are met
  • Ensuring pipeline is managed effectively through the CRM system
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process to achieve strong NPS results
  • Establish regular site activity at key client sites and ensure highest potential clients are visited frequently
  • Ensuring adequate promotion is sent out at sites to achieve attendance targets
  • Conducting site activities and modifying the approach as needed to suit the site
  • Identifying and referring potential cross sell or upsell opportunities internally
  • Share process improvement ideas with relevant stakeholders
  • Active participation in team/business meetings and events
