Day to day you will be required to:
- Generate reports for: Performance metric, service performance reporting & key accounts performance metric
- Administration support to the District Manager NSW/ACT
- Ensuring company and staff compliance are up to date
- Complete invoice review and create purchase orders as required
- Travel booking, expenses and approvals
- Support organised events through managing registrations/confirming attendance/organising catering
- Attend to office administration such as; Organising team meetings, sales and operational data report generation, stationery order etc
- General business analysis support to the District Manager and sales teams.

We are looking for
- Experience in an office administration & reporting
- Experience with the analysis and manipulation of data
- Intermediate level excel skills
- Capability in business analysis support to the District Manager and sales teams. This would be in the form of the generation of reporting data for internal use and customer presentations – highly desirable.
