Kentan Machinery was established in 1970 and is now a platinum Kubota agricultural and construction machinery dealer with dealerships at Hexham, Central Coast and Taree. Kentan Machinery proudly represents a broad range of Kubota products which are complemented by a wide selection of imported implements such as Berti, Krone, Land Pride, Bomford, Ag-Pride and Pronar.
Kentan Machinery are searching for a young, well-mannered and presentable person with a passion for the agricultural industry and an aptitude with machinery to become a Sales Cadet. This will be a full-time position, Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings with the expectation of attendance at field days and other industry/company events.
An individual with the following would be highly regarded:
- Some sales or customer service experience;
- Self-motivated and results oriented;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Current driver’s licence;
- A ‘can do’ attitude;
- A ‘DRIVEN’ person, with a passion for quality outcomes and people.
This opportunity will see the chosen candidate learn the range of Kubota agricultural products and imported implements and how to apply this knowledge to assist customers to select the correct product for their needs. In addition, it will educate on the importance of customers and how to care and manage these relationships and those of their colleagues within the business. Also, it will provide understanding and knowledge on how a business is managed and the associated processes and procedures to achieve success whilst meeting WH&S legislation.
