A permanent, full time opportunity exists for a Relief Delivery Driver for our Pemulwuy facility.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will demonstrate your skills daily in this busy environment where the role is suited to an organised and motivated individual who possesses exceptional customer service, communication and relationship skills.

This is ideal for someone who has worked as a driver in the delivery or food, building products, etc. with regular face to face contact with customers.

Your primary responsibilities

• Directly selling and delivering company products to customers
• Achieving volume and revenue sales targets as per sales plan
• Processing paperwork including the handling of cash and cheques and their deposit
• Effectively managing your van and warehouse stock levels
• Actively participating in the introduction of new products and promotions to the trade, including the effective placement of Point of Sale material
• Provide assistance in our warehouse when not  performing the relief duties 

What we want in you!

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following:

• MR Truck licence (mandatory)
• Forklift licence (mandatory)
• Customer service (mandatory)
• Sales experience and rout planning will be an advantage
• The ability to manage inventory on your van as well as in the warehouse
• The ability to lift heavy automotive batteries regularly
• Strict adherence to Policies including Safety and Dangerous Goods
