Extrastaff is seeking application for this exciting Permanent Position of Sales Manager - "Warehouse Space". Reporting to the Queensland Operations Manager, this role is pivotal in increasing the company's exposure in the 3PL warehousing environment.
Our client is headquartered in Singapore and operates world-class logistics facilities in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and here in Brisbane Australia.
With more than three million square feet of warehousing facilities to support comprehensive and integrated end-to-end logistical services in warehousing, transportation, distribution, value-add projects, freight management and consolidation services, this Brisbane based position is definately part of a bigger picture but is currently the company's only Australian facility.
Position Requirements:
- 3 yrs minimum relevant experience in a third party logistics (3PL) environment with proven track record in the onboarding of new accounts.
- Possess business acumen, presentation and communications skills.
- Able to multi task and work independently
- Able to adapt to a fast paced environment
- Willing to travel as and when required.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate tactical sales and marketing strategies to support short-term, mid-term and long-term business growth.
- Identify and penetrate into new verticals and markets.
- Maintain and build on existing accounts.
- Responsible for the preparation and presentation of quotations and contract negotiations with potential customers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to collectively meet customer's requirements.
- Support other sales and marketing related initiatives when required.

Remuneration:
This position comes with Salary + Super, Company Vehicle / Car Allowance, fuel card, mobile and laptop and an annual KPI Performance bonus.
