Business Development Manager

This opportunity is for an ambitious Business Development Manager, ready to use strategic and creative selling techniques to dominate the NSW market share in this niche industry. In return, a fantastic base with uncapped commissions, super, all tools of trade and full support from the Directors. Making this an exciting career move for the right candidate.

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for direct product sales, new business development, and implementation of marketing strategies of the business. You will be maintaining your existing client relationships and building future clients working with Tier 1 and 2 builders, contractors, suppliers. Developing and implementing future business ideas and strategies to increase market share within NSW.

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • Ability to build new business, boosting total revenue for the business along with market share expansion
  • Previous experience selling into the Builders and Developers
  • Have industry related experience working with builders, developers, suppliers and contractors.
  • Identifying, generating and securing leads and directly converting them into project sales
  • Good understanding of residential building market.
