Heads up: Our VIC office is in South Melbourne. You'll be on the road regularly, can work from home often, and we can offer flexible start/finish times too.

In this role you will be focused on growing the builders segment in Victoria, you will do this by developing and executing robust joint business plans. You'll identify opportunities based on commercial analytics and work closely with cross-functional teams to capitalise on market opportunities Key activities to this role:

Relationship building - internal and external business relationships will be critical to your success. You will develop and maintain relationships ensuring opportunities are identified and nurtured.

Grow Segment/Territory - You'll be growing revenue from your existing account, and implementing strategies to open new accounts. We have ambitious growth targets, you'll need to be driven to close new opportunities in existing and new clients.

Planning - Joint strategic planning with customers is important, if they're successful, you will be too.

Targets - You'll have sales targets, which with the right plans, actions, monitoring and risk management you will certainly achieve. To be successful consistency will be key, overall planning, monitor activity, drive major actions/activities and risk mitigation will be part of your day to day.


Requirements


  • History of successfully achieving targets and growing segment/market in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceuticals or Building.
  • Exceptional relationship building and management skills
  • Reliability, curiosity, and high level of accountability
  • Strong business planning skills
