Description
- Maintain and continually build relationships with all your customers
- Manage and coach a small team of merchandisers
- Analyse store sales results to identify areas of opportunities that will assist in achieving your set sales budget
- Demonstrate a strong understanding within the market of your territory to assist the development of tactical and strategic sales plans
- Build and influence displays in prime locations driving effective distribution of the brands
- Travel throughout your territory ensuring customer engagement and call cycles
Profile
- Field sales experience in FMCG (retail channel) - MUST HAVE!
- Experience in managing a team on any level
- Degree qualified preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously and being able to proactively manage a small team
- Excellent communication skills with an influential approach
- Resilient and focused on achieving deadlines through effective time management
