An ideal role for an experienced recruiter, we are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality education who is outgoing and results-oriented to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Melbourne Regional Manager and based at our Moorabin campus, your main functions will be:
- Assist with planning and implementation of sales and events activities in Victoria and Tasmania
- Co-ordinates the Victorian and Tasmanian sales and recruitment activities
- Undertakes follow-ups, queries and assess applications
- Assists in preparation of quarterly sales reports
- Liaises with Regional Manager on all actual or foreseen variations to budgets or activities in a timely fashion
- Co-ordinate and participate in recruitment events in Victoria and Tasmania
- Process domestic applications ensuring a quick turn around with Admissions staff
- Provides informed advice to the Regional Manager to ensure marketing products are tailored to suit specific requirements of each academic program, whilst also meeting domestic / international marketing strategies and cultural sensitivities
The Employee Successful Candidate will be able to Demonstrate Experience in:
- The Education Industry, ideally within domestic student recruitment
- Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Representing organisations at external events
- Event co-ordination
- Providing a high levels of customer service
- Application of administrative, clerical, records management procedures and systems operating within an administrative environment
- Working in a multi-cultural environment
The Successful Candidate will have Education & Experience with either:
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Special Conditions
- Out of hours work will be required
- Employee will be required to travel within assigned regions
- Full Driver’s License and Vehicle required
- Laptop and Mobile Phone will be provided
