The role:

You are responsible for selling health and wellness franchise territories across numerous Brands to those that are driven and ambitious. You have the innate ability to connect with people and understand their “why”, using this information to build long standing relationships and to guide them to make a decision to get started on their journey of owning their own business or expanding their business with us.

Your duties will include:

  • To utilise your network and sell franchise territories across a number of Brands
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maximise lead generation
  • Present to audiences of potential Franchisees
  • Qualify leads and follow up on prospects
  • Ensuring potential franchisees are aligned with our business principles
  • secure appointments and offer expert knowledge of our brands
  • Issuing of sales and legal compliance paperwork
  • Reporting to senior stakeholders on sales progress and sales pipeline
  • Execute excellent administration skills

About you:

  • Strong sales background
  • Previous experience in lead and database management
  • To be passionate about achieving targets
  • Engaging presentation skills
  • Must be a people person with the ability to establish rapport with all different personality types
  • Interest in the health and fitness space
  • Thorough understanding of legal boundaries around point of sale coms
