Membership Sales Consultant – Fernwood Fitness Ascot Vale
15-20 Hours per week
We'd love to hear from HIGHLY motivated, ambitious and passionate person to join our team. We are looking for a Membership Sales Consultant for our NEW CLUB opening in July at Fernwood Fitness Ascot Vale on a casual basis with the potential of Full time for the right person
As a Membership Consultant you'll be responsible for:
- Prospecting and calling new clients and businesses
- Achieving/exceeding individual sales goals
- Building lasting relationships with members
- Actively seeking and closing sales opportunities
- Creating strong community relationships
- Touring prospective members around our facilities
- Participating in daily lead generation activities in the area
What you will bring to the role:
- Positive attitude
- A passion for health and fitness
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships quickly
- Ability to inspire others
- Approachable and well presented
- Work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment
- Be results focused, achieve KPI's and self generate leads.
- Have the ability to maximise sales whilst maintaining a strong emphasis on service delivery.
- Comfortable driving member referrals and promotions.
- Have 12 Months proven sales experience with great people skills.
- Sound computer and organisational skills
