Looking for an exciting new challenge to kick off the new financial year and to join the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) of a global software provider?  

Our client has a strong presence in the APAC region. This newly created regional role will see you taking ownership of the customer journey driving continuous improvement of the end-to-end customer experience. As a member of the APAC leadership team, you will be reporting to the GM with responsibility for a small to mid-sized team of consultants (4 direct reports, 2 Team Leaders and indirectly 5-6 consultants with plans to grow).  

The Challenge:
  • Build a high performing client success team including all aspects of people management
  • Work with Team Leaders and direct reports to maximise cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, lead generation and create a high-performance sales culture 
  • Manage the customer relationship through onboarding 
  • Drive revenue outcomes and usage of products
  • Drive continuous improvement and customer feedback
  • Work with Sales, Product Development, Support teams to identify opportunities for new features 
The Person: 

The preferred candidate will ideally have a strong track record leading sales teams and a blend of outstanding sales management, people management and interest or knowledge of technology.

The ability to set budgets and work collaboratively with other members of the ELT (Sales, Service Delivery, Product Development) is required yet you can remain 'hands-on' and lead your team from the front. You are happy to roll your sleeves up and coach and mentor your team leading by example. 

Above-all you bring fresh ideas and passion for customer growth and retention and the desire to build a high-performance team and culture.   

You will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
 
  • Experience in line management roles across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales.   
  • Track record building and managing high performing sales teams (Account Management focus)
  • Experience setting sales budgets, targets and tracking and achieving delivery of agreed goals
  • Experience owning customer satisfaction metrics, driving customer surveys and feedback, and making data-driven decisions
  • You are a motivator with a high degree of energy and passion for the customer and your team
