Energy Action is a leading national provider of innovative energy solutions to business and government clients, this includes; Energy Procurement, Contract Management, Energy Efficiency, Project Advisory Services and onsite energy generation services. We help clients understand and take control of their energy needs. We aim to reduce and optimise electricity and gas usage, saving businesses money on their energy bills and helping them to become more economically and environmentally sustainable.
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Energy Solutions Manager to deliver high-level consultancy services to clients and tailor these services to their specific needs. This role can be based in our Parramatta, NSW head office or our Glen Waverley, Vic office.
Reporting directly to the National Manager, Energy Solutions, we define success in this role as the achievement of retention, growth and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets. The key responsibilities to drive your success in this role include:
- The management and development of nominated Client relationships and sales opportunities
- To actively participate in developing new products and services that can be sold to all Energy Action clients
- Strategic planning input both in terms of the Company's business activities and client advice activities
- Pro-actively identifying and developing potential client and business opportunities
To be considered for this role, we’d like to see applicants with:
- Minimum 5 years sales, consultancy/advisory role dealing with C-Suite executives within ASX200 companies
- Demonstrable track record of sales success
- Energy industry experience highly desirable
