We are looking for a mature, highly motivated professional who is driven for success.
You will spend majority of your time external to the office visiting new and existing clients to generate and extend business.
You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting for new customers and converting this to increase sales
- Growing & retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions to customers
- Establishing & building solid relationships with all customers
- Maintaining an extensive knowledge of the market & product solutions we can provide which involves access solutions, height safety solutions.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
The following skills and attributes are essential:
- Experienced in Fall Protection/Height Safety Industry
- A proven network and track record within the Perth Metro Region.
- Drive and passion to successfully identify, negotiate and win business opportunities.
- Ability to prioritise
- Over 3 years of professional business development sales experience
- Competent with Microsoft Applications
- Strong communication skills and an exceptional ability to develop long term relationships
- High attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
