Great opportunity to join a well-established successful Australian manufacturing company (and importer) offering a range of quality building products to their customer base. The Company represent a range of product to both the Trade and Designer marketplace in the Plumbing industry.  This positon, relates to the Retail Designer Products arm of their business where they offer both imported high end product and their own branded ranging of manufactured quality products. 

Reporting to the State Manager, and part of a positive and proactive team in NSW, you will be responsible for representing the Company and their Brands in a particular area of their business.  As a specialist Sales and Business Development Representative you will work closely with up to 30 customers within the select Specialist Bathroom, Boutiques and Retail sector as well as aligned Retail Architects and Designers.  These Retail Specialists may include Independents and Groups located throughout NSW and will take up the majority of your time.    Your focus overall will be to: increase sales and Company awareness by continuing to actively promote the Companies strong reputation and product offering (including new products), “value add” - due to your ability to build strong relationships with your customers and understand their needs, provide an exceptional level of customer service to differentiate yourself from the competitors. You will be required to increase sales and market share by building on these existing relationships and maximizing business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in sales in the Building / Plumbing industry where you have been able to build strong relationships in this Specialised market – ie Retail Reseller Channel to market (Bathroom & specialist Plumbing Retail Resellers), as well as Retail Architects and Designers aligned to these Retail Specialists & Resellers. Thus, you will have sold plumbing / building products related to the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry space.  Further, you will be professional, proactive, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a team environment, and ultimately understand how to differentiate yourself from your competitors by your effective approach to business.  This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful Company that provide their employees with great product and an excellent culture in which to work.  Salary package commensurate with experience and includes a fully maintained company vehicle.
