Project Marketing Sales Executive
McGrath Projects Victoria is seeking an experienced full or part-time project marketing sales executive to be part of one of the most inspirational and respected real estate companies in the country.
Position Highlights
- You will be focused on selling our key project The Park House. In addition, the McGrath Projects team are looking to bring on a number of new developments throughout the next twelve to eighteen months
- You will be part of a highly successful yet small dynamic projects team with one of Australia’s most exciting real estate companies;
- You will be encouraged to grow and lead as a real estate professional through McGrath’s outstanding training system.
The Essentials
- You must have a minimum of 5 years’ selling new developments and off-the-plan project experience;
- You must have a strong work ethic with emphasis on organizational skills, punctuality, reliability, integrity, passion and 6 star customer service;
- You must have proficient computer skills across Microsoft Office;
- You must have a Victorian Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License;
- You must have a reliable car and be willing to work weekend, both Saturday and Sunday is required.
- Mandarin speaking preferred but not essential
Remuneration Profile

History
McGrath Projects VIC was established almost 2 years ago in recognition of the exciting future growth potential in Melbourne’s Project Space. You will be fully supported in this role by a highly experienced Associate Director with 41 years industry experience and backed by an ASX listed company with 96 offices, over 900 sales people and growing.
Location
Our office is in Richmond however, you will be working mostly from Display Suites across Melbourne.
