ABOUT THE POSITION

With the completion of our brand new state of the art THYNK Black premium gallery we are searching for an efficient, outgoing and talented Business Development Manager to fill the selection appointment book with high end customers. Your most likely prospects will be designers, architects, commercial projects and builders looking to install premium tiles and flooring products into their projects. You will be a part of our greater sales force and enjoy ongoing mentoring and training on industry related knowledge.

This is an exciting and fast paced role within a growing business, joining a team of like minded, fun and professional people.

The roles and responsibilities of the successful candidate will be diverse and consist of but not limited to client retention, new business development and business development planning. You will spend the majority of your time on the road meeting with existing and prospective clients however will have an office space in our Seven Hills gallery.

We are offering an attractive package made up of base salary, car, uncapped commission and superannuation.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will be someone who is self motivated and has 3+ years' experience in sales/business development within the Architectural/design field, a high level of communication and stakeholder management skills, proven ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes and experience working to and exceeding targets. You will be already well networked and comfortable prospecting new business in a variety of fields.
