About the role
A rare opportunity has become available to be part of our close-knit sales team. As a senior sales manager of the business, you'll be driven by commercial success in this full time role.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Establishing sales objectives and financial goals through leadership and strategic vision
- Overseeing recruitment and staff development
- Providing strong leadership & supervision of staff members
- Driving business development by managing existing key relationships and developing new partnerships
- Regularly attending local networking events in and out of work hours
- Implementing budget monitoring and managing KPIs
- Responsible for the performance of the P&L and exercising cost control decisions
- Managing & maintaining the branch CRM systems
- Responsible for a high level standard of the customer experience
- Contributing to the development of marketing activities
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a senior management role, ideally in operations or event management
- Strong staff leadership capabilities
- A proven track record in sales and driving business growth
- Driven and confident to represent the organisation and make improvements
- Unquestionable organisational and time management skills
- Understand the importance of a clean environment and professional representation of our customer facing teams
- Proven influential leader with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to "make it happen"
