We are looking for a result driven Sales Manager based in the Victor Harbor or Murray Bridge region. You will be responsible for the delivery of advertising revenue across a portfolio of print and digital products. This role is vital in leading and coaching a team of Sales Representatives in order to develop and maintain relationships with the community and advertisers. You will have the ability to work across multiple titles and operating groups, outside of the main portfolio. This will enable us to sustain the long-term commercial viability of mastheads and to maximise all advertising sales opportunities.
Your main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Lead sales performance through coaching, motivating, communicating
- Developing sales teams community engagement and customer relationship development
- Understand the role the Mastheads have in the community and learn the marketing strengths that may benefit advertisers
- Represent Mastheads in an advertising and digital/print sales capacity
- Manage budgets and revenue targets whilst implementing strategic plans
- Achieve and aim to exceed the sales revenue targets for the Region and associated mastheads.
You will have proven sales leadership and people management capabilities, experience in driving a team to achieve revenue targets, be customer and community focused and possess a "can do" attitude.
