New Aim Pty Ltd is one of the leading online distributors in Australia with nearly hundreds of thousands of customers, including B2B and B2C. Due to the rapid growth of the business, we are now seeking an ambitious and organized Junior Account Executive to join our B2B team in the West Melbourne office. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the fast pace e-commerce business.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the role will mainly be responsible for planning and implementing the strategy to achieve sales/marketing objects, and winning and developing new accounts to help the business gain greater market share moving forward. Ideally you will have an understanding of ecommerce and have a love for the ecommerce industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of large to medium resellers accounts
- Building and nurturing client relationships
- Taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management
- Problem solving and managing internal procedures
- Identifying opportunities for cross-sell and/or up-sell of products to clients
- Liaise with key internal staff in both office and distribution center
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Sound relationship building and networking skills with the ability to manage multi-level relationships with customers operating within complex structures/ environments
- Working collaboratively with team members
- Previous experience in a similar industry is an advantage
