The Company:
One of Australia’s market leading pharma and health care companies has a current need for a motivated and structured sales trainer.
With excellent brand traction and a well-established account base, this role will provide both a challenge and reward for the successful applicant.
You will be joining a vibrant, national business with a real focus on health and wellness and a very supportive and empowering management team.
The Role:
This is an ideal role for someone who has worked with and is genuinely passionate about skincare, vitamins and the health and wellness sector in general.
- Daily face to face store visits
- Heavy Training focus across the skincare and vitamin range
- New product launches
- 12 week call cycle
- Relationship building with store managers and staff
- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team
The Candidate:
Current or previous pharmacy, vitamin or skincare sales or training experience is essential.
A genuine interest in health and wellness is imperative. You clients need to know that you have a genuine passion for your products and the market to ensure you can build strong and lasting relationships.
Given that the product is high end, it’s imperative that you are immaculately presented and a confident presenter and trainer.
