About the Role
My client is seeking to introduce a dynamic, passionate and highly motivated Showroom Sales Consultant to join their successful Brisbane team. The position requires you to be a leader and self starter, while demonstrating exceptional organisational skills with previous experience in a similar role preferable.
You will be based in their award winning showroom in design hub, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.


Duties
  • Promote the company, its people, its values and its brands with exceptional service and commitment.
  • Support the business development team with showroom consultations and developing and maintaining strategic relationships with contractors and managing all facets of retail administration as directed and general office duties as required.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients with timely, effective and accurate responses to quotations and general enquiries.
  • Ensure a positive, personalised & exceptional customer experience by communicating in a professional, informative, and friendly manner.
  • Preparation and distribution of samples via courier and post.
  • Ensuring Showroom is resourced correctly with regular stock control, ordering and maintenance.
  • The preparation and delivery of sales reports to the State Sales Manager as required.
  • The preparation of sales meetings, events, functions and client presentations as required.
  • Maintain weekly audit of live quotes and action as required.
  • Manage and maintain both client opportunities and details in company database.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven performance working with luxury brands is advantageous but not essential, with the most important personal attributes being enthusiasm, drive and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional literary, grammatical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, be self motivated, organised and to organise others.
  • Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office. (Creative suite Skills desirable)
  • Preferable exposure to CRM System (Salesforce)
  • Professional, friendly and approachable demeanour and presentation at all times and always wears a smile
