Hygrade Water Australia is part of the privately owned Hynds Group, a leading supplier of drainage and watermain product since 1973. With a successful and growing team based at offices in Brisbane and Sydney, the business has a strong reputation for supplying high quality products and service to the civil infrastructure industry. As part of our strategy for continued growth, we are seeking an experienced BDM to join our NSW water product team based at our Western Sydney site.
Prior sales experience throughout these markets or industries within Australia will be seen as an advantage for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -
- Maintain and develop existing customer base
- Increase customer base across NSW
- Manage leads through BCI reporting
- Civil infrastructure projects
- Research and assess alternative revenue streams to market
- Attend relevant industry conferences
- Work with Product Managers & Suppliers to maximise sales & margin opportunities
To be successful for this role, you must possess the following -

- Organisation, planning, assessing and reporting capabilities
- Experience and Proven Success in Sales within the Civil infrastructure/Subdivisions/Pump Stations
- Team orientated
