We are on the look- out for a talented, results-orientated Account Manager who is passionate about the fleet industry and delivering exceptional customer service.  This role is focused on relationships and service to existing clients.  You will be part of a great, supportive team who share a passion for quality, performance and overall customer satisfaction.    

More about the role

• You will proactively manage accounts and maintain solid relationships
• Co-ordinate transactional queries for clients
• Manage lease term deviations to ensure vehicle utilisation is aligned with contract 
• Anticipate client needs and provide effective problem solving
• Execute plans for implementation and continuous improvement
• Identify growth opportunities within existing portfolio
• Manage the asset replacement plan and achieve client retention targets
• Assist the Relationship Manager in closing growth, retention opportunities and delivering great service

About you

• You're an experienced, passionate Account Manager – you may have worked within Fleet Management, Automotive or Financial Services
• You know what great customer service is and can demonstrate the success you've had building and maintaining professional relationships
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to prioritise
• You show an understanding of customer challenges and proactively identify areas of improvement 
• Sound time management & the ability to prioritise work to meet tight timeframes
• The ability to connect, adapt, show resilience and engage all levels in the business
