About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role requires you to:
- Source and secure new customers through attendance of sales appointments generated through marketing activities, STB Brazil and your own endeavours (eg cold-calling)
- Generate sales opportunities for the company and bid/tender as necessary
- Respond to sales leads generated through the marketing department
- Communicate with our head office in Brazil and follow-up with any sales leads generated by STB Brazil
- Maintain and update our customer database
- Provide support services for new and existing students in an effort to expand our business

Skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the educational services sector
- Experience in working with multinational customers
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese (verbal and written)
- Working knowledge of the Brazilian/Australian educational services market
- Bachelor Degree in a related field would be highly regarded
- Experience with maintaining CRM records
- Ability to comply with company sales practices
