About this opportunity

AVK Flow Control is currently looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team in Coopers Plain, Queensland.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager QLD, this pivotal role will be responsible for:

  • Providing internal sales support
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Liaise with customers regarding sales, support, delivery and quote follow up
  • Handling general customer enquiries and resolving all customer issues
  • Using the CRM system for all lead opportunities
  • Assisting the business development managers

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and experience with EMS programs
  • Mechanical background in pumps, valves or similar industry
  • Experience in internal sales and customer service
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and offer solutions

It is expected that you will be highly motivated and a results driven individual who has a strong emphasis on customer service, an energy to drive sales performance, passion and desire for the valves industry and computer literate.
